An articulate and highly successful businessman (Steve Wynne of Wynne Resorts International) tells how investing and developing huge venues in China and Asia are much easier compared to how the U.S. Government is literally scaring investors away from American projects. New venues and jobs are virtually impossible as investors increasingly don’t know what the rules are now, much less what the rules will be.
